Payments and receipts

How you pay

Every payment on Careering goes through Stripe's secure checkout, to Careering Ltd. Prices are in pounds sterling.

For now, Careering is available to customers in the UK, and you need a UK-issued card to pay. Can I use Careering outside the UK? If you have a question about this, email support@careering.com.

Our prices are shown in full. The price you see is the price you pay, and there's nothing added at checkout.

You pay in full when you book: a chemistry call, a block of sessions or a course is paid for at checkout. Sessions you then book from a block have nothing more to pay.

You always pay Careering, never a coach directly. We pay coaches ourselves.

Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page. Careering never sees or stores your card number.

Receipts

• From Careering: as soon as your payment goes through, we email you. For a session it's your booking confirmation; for a block it's your receipt, with your sessions and their use-by date; for a course it's your link to start.
• From Stripe: your payment receipt.

If you need anything further for your records, email support@careering.com and we'll sort it out.

If something looks wrong

If your payment went through but you haven't heard from us within an hour, email support@careering.com with the address you paid with. Please don't pay again until you've heard back.
