Your privacy and data
What we keep and why, and how to ask for a copy or for it to be deleted.
Our privacy policy sets out in full what we collect, why, where it's stored and how long we keep it. In short:
- We use your name and email address to run your account, your bookings and your courses.
- Your coach sees what they need to run your sessions with you, such as your name and email address.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email privacy@careering.com, from the address on your account if you can. To close your account altogether, see Closing your account.
