Moving or cancelling, what happens if your coach cancels, refunds, credits, and putting things right.
- Moving or cancelling a sessionMove or cancel for free, yourself, up to 48 hours before your session starts.
- If your coach cancels or moves a sessionYou're never out of pocket. You get your money back in full, or the session back in your block.
- RefundsWhen you get money back, where it goes, and how long it takes.
- Your credits and when they expireEach session in a block is a credit. Use them within 12 months of buying the block.
- If something went wrong with a sessionTell us within 48 hours of the session and we'll put it right.
