The chemistry call
A 30-minute call for £30 to see whether a coach is right for you. The £30 comes off your first block with them.
Before you commit to a block of sessions, you can book a chemistry call: a 30-minute conversation with a coach to see whether you click, and whether they can help with what you need.
- It lasts 30 minutes and costs £30, whichever coach you choose.
- You can have one chemistry call with each coach.
- It's optional. If you already know who you want, you can go straight to a block.
The £30 counts towards your first block
If you go on to buy a block with the same coach after the call has taken place, the £30 you paid for the call comes off the price of your first block with them. You'll see it come off at checkout.
If your chemistry call was refunded, for example because it was cancelled, there's nothing to take off.
If you decide not to carry on with that coach, that's absolutely fine. There's nothing more to pay.
Booking one
On the coach's profile, the chemistry call is the first option in the booking panel. Choose it, pick a time, and continue to payment. Booking a session
If you're signed in and already have a chemistry call with that coach, it isn't offered again: the panel says you've already booked it, and starts on the blocks instead.
A chemistry call can be moved or cancelled like any other session, for free, up to 48 hours before it starts. Moving or cancelling a session
