Blocks of sessions

Coaching works best over several conversations, so on Careering you book a coach in blocks rather than one session at a time.

• A block of 3 is the smallest block, and every coach offers one.
• Blocks of 6 and 10 are offered by some coaches, sometimes at a lower price per session.

We don't sell single sessions. The one exception is the chemistry call, which is there to help you choose.

Coaches set their own prices, including their block prices. You'll find them in the booking panel on each coach's profile. The price you see is the price you pay. What coaching costs

How a block works

1. Choose a block on the coach's profile, and pick a time for your first session.
2. Pay for the whole block at checkout. If you've had a chemistry call with that coach, the £30 you paid for the call comes off your first block.
3. We book your first session as soon as your payment goes through, and email you a receipt with the details.
4. Book the rest of your sessions from your account, whenever suits you. There's nothing more to pay. Booking a session

Each session in a block is a credit to spend with that coach. You have 12 months from buying the block to use them. Your credits and when they expire

Good to know

• A block is with one coach, for the kind of session you chose when you bought it.
• If someone takes the time you picked for your first session before your payment goes through, every session stays in your block and we'll ask you to pick another time.
• If you want to stop part-way through a block, we can refund the sessions you haven't used. Refunds
